After more than twenty years of helping people improve their health and well-being we took steps to secure the building our shop and therapy centre occupies by buying the lease, so we can continue to grow and support our customers/clients!

We constantly strive to offer the best prices we can and always have numerous special offers in our shop and a our Therapists are qualified and insured, which means if they are at Natures Larder you know you can trust them to be a safe and professional choice.

The same with our supplements, we do the research into trusted suppliers, we refuse to sell on line as discussion and personal service is the safest and most effective way to help people, too many customers have brought us products they have purchased On line or from newspaper adverts to ask what’s in them, with questionable claims and more questionable ingredients with no independent test/quality control on them!

We wouldn’t suggest or sell anything we wouldn’t use ourselves, and our customers are safe in the knowledge that all our supplements are exactly what they say they are, and if a therapeutic strength!
